1. When buyer submit the online order on Factory-cn.com and agree to Factory-cn.com buyer's rule, the order will be confirmed. The detail descriptions of the online order will include:

 *  FOB price,
 *  Shipping cost and information,
 *  Delivery time,
 *  Buyer's inspection period,
 *  Others

2. After confirming the orders, here are some conditions on Payment and Shipments:
1)payment
- If we accepts the order
once we received the confirmation of payment, the merchandise will be shipped via the assigned shipment method.
- If we rejects the order
When we rejects the order, then Factory-cn.com will return the money to the buyer without any service charge . Certainly, Factory-cn.com will give the reason to the buyer.

2)shipments
The shipment cost will be a standard express fee, no other cost involved
 *  We supply five kinds of express methods include UPS,DHL,TNT,FEDEX and EMS.If buyer choose one of those shipments,he can calculate all cost online.
 *   When the buyer chooses shipment via Air or Sea, the shipment cost can not be confirmed online. We will then confirm the international shipping cost, international handling fee, customs duty & buyer domestic transportation fee within 48 hours.

Factory-cn.com provide the buyer a safe payment service

 *   After the buyer submits their payment to Factory-cn.com via PayPal or else, once the payment is confirmed, Factory-cn.com will send a mail to buyer.
 *  If the merchandise is a sample or in stock:
While the payment is secured, Factory-cn.com will be prepare to ship the merchandise to the buyer within our confirmed delivery time.
 *  If the merchandise need to be produce:
While the payment is secured, Factory-cn.com to start producing the goods. During the production lead time, the buyer can look order status on my Factory-cn and Factory-cn.com will ship the merchandise within the confirmed delivery time.
 *   If the buyer decides to cancel order during the production, it will be responsible to pay 25% of the original value, and the rest of the payment will return to the buyer with bank fee.
Buyers can track the order status during leading time on buyers'Factory-cn.

Warranty and Returns

Factory-cn guarantees all products bought from us with a 12-month warranty against defects in quality. The warranty period begins from the receipt of the goods by the initial consignee. In the case of resellers, this is when the vendor receives the goods from Factory-cn.
All goods dispatched from Factory-cn are checked for quality, including checks of the appearance of the goods, the function of the hardware and software, the packaging, and inclusion of applicable accessories and power adapters.
If you are a customer with goods which appear to have a problem, please talk to us before initiating complaints with Paypal or your credit card provider. Usually there is a way for us to resolve your issue quickly.

Disputes

Disputes submitted to Factory-cn can be divided into 2 types:
(1) the package is not received;
(2) the received item isn't what you expected.

A) If the package is not received:

1. Tracking number is invalid

• If a third party (neither buyer nor Factory-cn) fails to track a package via an online tracking system provided by the carrier, the Factory-cn bears full responsibility and has to pay all related costs.

2. The package is held at the customs

• If the item is retained for reasons bearing to authenticity, the seller is responsible for the refund and has to pay all the related costs.
• If the item is at customs because the buyer has not paid the related custom duties, or obtained the necessary import license, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the customs duties and all related costs.
• Custom duties may incur when Factory-cn ships several orders to a buyer in one lot. In this case, Factory-cn bears full responsibility and pays all related costs.

3. The package is returned

• If there is a mistake in the address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees and related costs.
• If Factory-cn misspelled the address, Factory-cn is responsible for paying shipping fees and related costs.
• If the carrier fails to deliver the package, Factory-cn should contact the carrier to resolve the problem.

(B) The received item isn't what you expected

1. If a buyer is not satisfied with the received item and likes to get full refund, he should return the item and provide us with tracking number within 5 business days after the dispute is submitted to Factory-cn. Once Factory-cn confirm the delivery of the returned item, refund will be arranged. It's buyer's responsibility to pay all the incurred shipping fees and custom duties, if any. Factory-cn is responsible for all custom duties incurred .

2. The buyer are required to supply proof and copies of shipping document within 5 business days after a dispute has been submitted. Factory-cn will make a decision 10 business days after all the evidence is received.
